Energy Reduction is paramount with the commercial sector. For every one dollar saved with energy reduction, three to five dollars savings will be realized on renewable energy systems that are implemented. And yet another possible solution may be Co-Generation. We have large scale diesel generators that produce massive amounts of electricity and heat. The electricity is used for your electricity needs, the heat can be used for anything that you might need heat for (up to 1200 degrees!). These power plants often times can be run on waste products such as used motor oil, french fry grease, methane gas, and many other waste materials, as well as natural gas.
